What’s happening?

1. FC Kaiserslautern e.V. has made its exclusive member collection available not only in the online shop and at the Fritz‑Walter‑Stadium, but also in four Absolute Teamsport stores. The new points of sale are located in Kaiserslautern (Merkurstraße 6), Bexbach, Mutterstadt and St. Wendel. The move aims to tighten the club’s bond with members across the region.

Why does it matter for the club?

Club chairman Gero Scira stresses that the expansion is another step toward fostering community spirit. "Our members come from the whole region and far beyond. With the additional stores we create more proximity and strengthen the feeling of being part of the FCK family." The team currently sits 6th in the 2. Bundesliga, 52 points, 16 wins, 4 draws, 14 losses, recent form WWLLL. The new offering supports a season where Kaiserslautern has scored 52 goals, conceded 47 (+5 goal difference) and trails league leaders Schalke 04 by 18 points.

How do members benefit?

Board member Thorsten Lill explains that the collection is regularly refreshed with new items. By being present in the newly opened members‑corner at the Fritz‑Walter‑Stadium and now in the ATS stores, club affiliation becomes tangible. "Membership with FCK becomes more visible, tangible and closer to our members," Lill adds.

What do the partners say?

Sascha Draudt and Marco Laping, managing directors of Absolute Teamsport Kaiserslautern, view the collaboration as a heartfelt mission. They aim to boost the club’s identity and give members an extra service. "We are very pleased to work with 1. FC Kaiserslautern e.V.," they state. The outlets in Bexbach, Mutterstadt and St. Wendel complement the city store and reach fans who previously could only shop online.

What’s next?

The club announces further member‑focused innovations later this year. Beyond the expanded availability of the collection, exclusive events in the members‑corner may follow. For supporters, this means more chances to experience the club live and connect with fellow fans. The ATS partnership is a key piece of a broader strategy to solidify loyalty while the team battles for promotion from mid‑table in the 2. Bundesliga.
