Kaiserslautern signs new winger: Ibrahim Kanaté joins on loan

Kaiserslautern has strengthened its squad with Ibrahim Kanaté. The 19-year-old joins on loan from RSC Anderlecht and brings new dynamism to the offense.

What happened?

Kanaté played in 33 competitive games last season and scored five goals and one assist. FCK sports director Marcel Klos is full of praise for the Malian: „With Ibrahim, we gain an interesting profile for our squad. He gives us more flexibility on the wing and in the striker position through his speed and qualities in one-on-one situations.“
